Terms of Sale

By buying from Craft by Mirla you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and cover the piece; shipping is shown before you pay. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Handmade pieces

Every piece is crocheted by hand. Small differences in tone, stitch or size compared to the photos are normal and are not defects. The model photos on this site are AI-generated illustrations based on the real product photos. Some show our house model, a real person who has authorized us to use her likeness.

Timing

In-stock pieces ship in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crocheted within 7-10 business days from payment. If a timeline slips, we email you.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange an unused piece in its original condition; you pay return shipping and we refund the price of the piece to the original payment method. Made-to-order pieces with custom colors or sizes cannot be returned, except for a making defect.

Custom orders

A custom order is confirmed by email with price and timing before any charge. Once crocheting has started it cannot be cancelled.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece. We are not liable for indirect damages.
