What people usually ask
How long does it take to arrive?
In-stock pieces ship in 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 days anywhere in the US. Made-to-order pieces are crocheted in 7-10 days and then ship the same way.
Can I return it?
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to exchange or return an unused piece. Made-to-order pieces in custom colors are not returnable, unless defective.
Why isn't my piece identical to the photo?
Because it is handmade. Small variations in stitch or yarn tone are part of every piece, not a defect.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash cold with mild soap, do not wring, dry flat. Cotton blankets can go in the machine on cold, gentle cycle.
Are there sizes?
Headbands and beanies are one adult size and stretchy. For a child or a very large head, order it made to measure.
Do you gift wrap?
Everything ships in tissue paper with a handwritten card. If it is a gift, say so in the order notes and we leave out the price.
