Craft by Mirla sells hand-crocheted pieces through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and who it is shared with. Questions: customerservice@craftbymirla.com.

What we collect

• When you buy: name, shipping address, email and payment details, which Stripe processes on its own servers. We never see or store your card number.
• When you request a custom piece or join the newsletter: name and email, through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider.
• Minimal technical data from our host (Netlify) needed to serve the page, such as IP addresses in server logs.

How we use it

• To prepare and ship your order and reply to your messages.
• To send the newsletter only if you sign up; you can unsubscribe from any email.
• To meet tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores in your browser (localStorage) only your cart and the page style you picked. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to prevent fraud.

Who we share data with

Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and forms) and the carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell or hand your data to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to customerservice@craftbymirla.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in California or another state with its own privacy law, you also have the rights that law grants you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
