Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). We do not ship outside the US yet.

What it costs

• Standard tracked shipping: $6.95.
• Free on orders of $85 or more.

How long it takes

• In-stock pieces: ship in 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces: 7-10 business days to make, plus shipping.

How to return

• Email customerservice@craftbymirla.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
• We send you the return address. The piece must be unused, odor-free and in its original condition.
• We refund the price of the piece within 5-10 days of receiving it. Return shipping is on you, unless the fault is ours.

What cannot be returned

Made-to-order pieces in custom colors or sizes, except for a making defect.

Arrived damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out: replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
